groups contain the following: simple email mailbox with no mailbox rules, no additional folders or forwarding. But contains a full calendar, SharePoint site and planner plan. Owners can modify the permission to the group themselves without having to contact IT for help. All members of the group can choose to decide to follow all email and event notifications (recommended) or not. If no email and notifications are selected for the group, we recommend the end user check the email every few days to make sure that no important email may be missed.
